Well, friends. Today we have some big news. Something that I am personally thrilled about. And I hope you are too.
When Eric and I first opened our shop, almost a year ago, we were excited to bring handmade treasures to our very cute little town. We had no idea that we would be meeting lifelong friends, joining a movement of love and joy, or becoming part of our town history. We love Forest Grove so much. After taking a good long look at our business over the past year we have decided to focus on the things that are working the very best. And so we’re excited (and a little bit nervous) to announce that we will now focus solely on classes, clubs, and events.
We are so incredibly blessed that our little holiday pop up shop has blossomed into this amazing new venture. We appreciate each and every person who has bought something, taken a class, or told a friend about us. Thank you for your support!!! This big change means that I will get to spend my time on important things like making samples, spreading the word about classes, volunteering our crafty skills, and bringing the community together for charitable crafting. As much as I’ve enjoyed our retail shop, the reality is that there isn’t enough time in the day, or the week, to run a craft studio and a retail shop. And crafting is really where my heart is.
Our shop is closing, but we aren’t disappearing forever. You will still be able to buy cute and crafty goodies from us at our farmers market booth on First Wednesdays! Come say hi at our booth on Wednesday, August 6. And you can still register for classes via our web shop. We’ve added all of our Learn to Sew classes through December and we will be adding tons of other classes throughout the next week.
