Do you remember going to summer camp and feeling like the days and popsicles would never end? I do. My favorite parts of camp were always crafting, duh. I can’t even imagine how pumped I would have been to go to an all crafting summer camp. I might have exploded from joy. So, I apologize in advance if your children explode from joy when they hear that The Crafty Fox has just posted 10 WHOLE WEEKS OF SUMMER CAMP!!!
Each week is organized around a theme. And there are 10 themes. If you do the math, that’s 50 days of crafting (Well, 49, if you take out Independence Day). That’s a crazy amount of crafting. You will definitely want to clear your calendar and maybe cancel some pricey vacation plans, because your crafty kidlets are NOT going to want to miss these camps!
Here are the down n’ dirty details:
Camps run Monday through Friday, from 9:30 to Noon. They’re ideal for 8 – 12 year olds, but of course it depends on the child. All materials and daily snacks are included in the cost. We’ll be starting with Fairy Week, taught by the a-maz-ing Susan Dieter-Robinson, and then roll into Stitch Week, Nature Week, Spa Week, Design Week, Eco Week, Adventure Crafts Week, Party Week, Garden Week, and we will finish up with Friendship Week. Each camp will include a variety of crafts in different mediums. Each camp is limited to 6 children, with a 3 child minimum. Camp registration closes 1 week prior to each camp. There are no drop in spots.
