Let’s make a dress!  If you can use a machine to do basic stitches but have felt a little intimidated when it comes to using a sewing pattern or making clothes to wear then this class is perfect for you.  We’ll use a simple dress pattern to make our very own super cute dresses!  You will learn how to read a commercial sewing pattern, how to take your measurements, and how to adjust the pattern to fit your body.  A materials list will be available upon registration.About our sewing machines: We will be learning on the shop machines, which are Singers.  Singers are quite universal and easy to understand, but if you have your own machine that you would prefer to learn with please sign up for a private lesson.
